The most exciting new Android phone is Android One xaiomi mi a1

We’ve rounded up the Xiaomi Mi A1’s full features here, and let’s just say the phone is a far cry from the basic Android One phones of 2014. Highlights include a 5.5-inch Full HD display, Snapdragon 625, 4 GB of RAM, a 12MP dual camera with optical zoom, a 3,080 mAh battery, a dedicated amp, USB Type-C, and a metallic unibody design. As with all Android One devices, you also get a near stock Android experience and the promise of fast updates.

The Mi A1 will be available in around 40 markets from around the developing world, including many markets that Xiaomi has not officially entered so far. Some of the biggest are India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Russia, Ukraine, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Mexico and Colombia.

In India, the only market where the Mi A1’s availability has been detailed so far, the phone will sell for Rs. 15,000, which is about $235. Price tags in other countries could go up and down a bit, depending on tariffs, taxes, and exchange rates.

About Xiaomi Mi A1

Xiaomi Mi A1 smartphone was launched in September 2017. The phone comes with a 5.50-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 1920 pixels. Xiaomi Mi A1 price in India starts from Rs. 14,999. 

The Xiaomi Mi A1 is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor and it comes with 4GB of RAM. The phone packs 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card. As far as the cameras are concerned, the Xiaomi Mi A1 packs a 12-megapixel primary camera on the rear and a 5-megapixel front shooter for selfies.

The Xiaomi Mi A1 runs Android 7.1.2 and is powered by a 3080mAh non removable battery. It measures 155.40 x 75.80 x 7.30 (height x width x thickness) and weigh 168.00 grams.

The Xiaomi Mi A1 is a dual SIM (GSM and GSM) smartphone that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, Infrared, USB OTG, 3G and 4G (with support for Band 40 used by some LTE networks in India). Sensors on the phone include Compass Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor and Gyroscope.
